Personally, I’ve found journaling to be nothing short of transformative. It has helped me navigate complex emotions and situations, deepened my understanding of Stoic teachings, and enhanced my relationships and emotional intelligence.
However, like many beneficial habits, making journaling a consistent part of daily life can be challenging. I struggled efore finally finding a formula that worked.
That’s why I decided to create this workshop — to share this formula with others.
